JOSIS

JOSIS may look like a new artist. The person behind the project isn't.

More than two decades after first appearing on Popstars and later breaking through on Fame Factory, the person behind JOSIS has moved between music, television and production — as an artist, songwriter, producer, presenter and actor.

2026 alone has included acting and work for Volvo, Mercedes-Benz and XLN — while, behind the scenes, something very different was taking shape.

JOSIS.

Built from live jams, heavy drums, improvised vocals and one-takes, the music keeps the first impulse alive rather than polishing it away. Distortion, raw analog textures and spontaneous ideas form a sound that feels immediate, physical and slightly unstable.

At its core, JOSIS is shadow work in sound — observing what happens when you stop correcting yourself.
